31 Days of Autumn {Day 12}: Napkin Rings

Today I wanted to share three simple burlap napkin rings that you can easily make at home.

Start with a clean toilet roll or kitchen towel tube.  Measure a line around the tube 1 1/2 inches tall and cut around. Cut the burlap to approximately 6 inches long and 2 inches tall.  Use a glue gun or fabric glue to attach the material to the tube, tucking the overlap into the inside of the tube and gluing it securely.  Decorate as desired.

This napkin ring was made with dark burlap with a chocolate brown organza ribbon.  I hot glued a fabric rose to the centre.

I decided to use a lighter colour burlap for this napkin ring.  I complemented it with a white lace ribbon glued to the centre.

This is a very simple ring.  Just attach gold organza ribbon to the centre of the napkin ring and tie into a bow.

These napkin rings do not take long to make and add a nice finishing touch to your autumn table.
