31 Days of Autumn {Day 21} White Chocolate Mocha Recipe

White Chocolate Mocha Recipe

This drink won't do your waistline any favours, but it tastes wonderful!


1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream (35% whipping cream)
1/3 cup (2 oz) good quality white chocolate
strong freshly brewed coffee (kept hot)


1.  Measure the milk and cream into a small saucepan.

2.  Heat to a gentle boil.

3.  While the milk and cream are heating, chop the white chocolate into small pieces and place into a measuring jug.  

4.  When the milk and cream are hot, pour into the measuring jug over the chocolate.

5.  Whisk together until the chocolate melts.  

6.  Fill your coffee cup halfway with the strong coffee.

7.  Fill the rest of the cup with the milk mixture.

8.  Garnish with freshly whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired.
