Homemade Holiday: Marzipan Balls


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups ground almonds
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 egg white
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
pinch of salt

Directions:

1.  Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.  

2.  Take approximately a tablespoon of mixture into your hands and squish together.

3.  Roll into a ball and drizzle with chocolate.  

4.  Store in an airtight container for up to a month or freeze for up to three months.
